With a rich background spanning over a decade in diplomatic and cross-governmental engagement, I've mentored and collaborated with multicultural teams, civil servants, diplomats, and worked extensively with the Australian government in diplomatic liaison. Over 20 years of personal and professional involvement in immigration, integration, and navigating my own success, and coaching others in theirs, in new and foreign environments have honed my insights.

My unique approach is firmly grounded in realism, presence, and mindful observations, emphasising the cultivation of courage to confront key aspects of life that are often subconsciously avoided or ignored. With extensive experiences in Southern Africa, continental Europe, the UK, and Ireland, I've gained profound insights into diverse cultures. This exposure has taught me that spending any time in a non-native culture can present challenges, potentially compromising both professional and personal success. This realisation underscores the crucial need to address cultural, immigration, and expat life challenges as a pre-requisite.

Additionally, I bring decades of hands-on experience in managing cross-cultural relationships and successfully integrating into foreign families. I obtained my Associate Coach Diploma from Optimus Coach Academy UK, a top provider accredited by the International Federation for Coaching (IFC) and the Association for Coaching (AC). I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from Waterford Institute of Technology in the Republic of Ireland, followed by a Master's degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Leicester in the UK.
